We are trialling a new product this autumn - Grass-finished Rose Veal. Now, we all know veal has been associated with some very undesirable welfare practices at times... But what we are doing is completely different. These are bull calves born from our dairy cows earlier in the spring, and reared outside, naturally suckling milk from cows all season and eating only grass and pasture - absolutely no corn or concentrated feed.
Our Rose Veal is a really special product - really tender and lean with an exquisite subtle taste. We will be processing a limited amount of this over the coming weeks. This may sell out quickly on the webshop, if so, please email hillfarmrealfood@gmail.com for next availability
