Our Muscovy ducks are a little different to your usual duck. The meat is lean and tender. Many people have said the texture is similar to high value cuts of beef or pork.
All our Muscovies are bred and reared naturally in the orchard here at Hill Farm, using mother ducks to rear the young. We don't clip their wings so they are free to fly out and forage elsewhere on the farm. But they always come home for their dinner!
Our duck meat is available seasonally in the Autumn and early Winter.
