Our buttermilk is produced while making our high quality butter. The fresh cream is cultured before churning into butter - hence 'cultured butter' - and the most delicious buttermilk is released during churning.
And very appetising it is too, sweet and luxuriously tasty, perfect for pancakes (piled high with Hill Farm free range bacon, organic pastured eggs & melted cheese) - or let oats soak in it overnight - ready to be made into granola the next day; high in protein, it makes a nourishing drink, or even a chilled soup; and great for baking cakes, biscuits or breads (savoury or sweet).
