Real Beef

Our beef animals are grown and finished organically here at Hill Farm on a 100% grass and pasture diet, grazing our diverse grass, clover and herb rich meadows in a stress free environment. Because we don't finish them with grain, they grow slowly which gives the beef great tenderness and flavour.

All our beef products are certified 'Pasture for Life'

We keep mostly Herefords plus a few other traditional breeds, all selected for their superior eating quality.

All our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days, in a specially made room with controlled humidity and temperature. This, for us, is a crucial step and it really adds to the flavour and tenderness of the meat.

We work with expert local artisan butchers to process our beef.

Each cut is individually packed into sealed vac-pack trays and frozen as standard. This locks in the freshness and allows us to process orders promptly.
