When?

We update the webshop inventory every Friday afternoon, so if you can't see what you're looking for, best to check back then.

Pickup orders are usually available to collect from 24 hours of placing the order - just send us an email ASAP with your order number & preferred collection time.

Courier orders should arrive with you within a week at the very latest. Currently most of our orders are received Friday pm or at the weekend, and in the case of milk & kefir, for optimum freshness we only send out what has been freshly bottled each morning, so we work through them in the order in which they were placed, but we always send them out before the following weekend.

If you wish to receive the goods on a specific day, we are more than happy to work to your needs. Please email hillfarmrealfood@gmail.com with your order number in plenty of time.
