Dry aged for a minimum of 30 days. As with all our beef, these cattle are finished entirely on grass.
Available for a limited time only, our EX-DAIRY beef is produced from our own 100% grass-fed milking herd. We feel it's a respectful tribute to a cow who has finished her milking career with us, to retire her for some time before harvesting this unique product. It takes time, patience and the very best grazing we can offer - but we think you'll agree the results speak for themselves.
This beef has a depth, richness and complexity of flavour rarely found in prime beef, and while the texture is firmer, the marbling of the dark red meat is something to behold!
