Milk delivery returned for no reason

The 6 x 1ltr raw milk order #49167 I ordered was received by DPD at their Wimborne depot on 17.4.2024 & sent back to you for no good reason the same morning. I received no other update or text to say why they never bothered delivering it. No-one knocked on the door.
I have had no milk for a week as a result.
I did email you about it on 21.4.2024 but had no reply yet.
Are you able to tell me what happened with this?
