With pine needles (specifically from Scots Pine), hawthorn leaves, birch buds & twigs, purple dead nettle, cleavers, nettle and wild garlic, this tea is guaranteed to put the Spring back into your stride. All freshly picked & dried here, at the first sign of Spring.

Woodland Tea is an amazing tea. It has the aroma of a walk through a pine forest and a refreshing taste of woods and herbs. Better made in a china teapot and a strainer used over a cup as the tea needs to float around in the water and be stirred, in order to bring out the divine flavour. Delicious hot or iced during the day and a calming evening drink before bedtime. Make it strong (a very heaped tablespoon per cup of water), to appreciate its truly unusual herbal flavour. A little milder version before bed. Deep golden colour tinged with mossy green. A real winner. Thank you Hill Farm. Wonderful tea from an exceptional company.
